Rob Piper has owned Budget Blinds of West Green Bay & Shawano alongside of his wife, Kristi, since 2020. After being a previous business owner as a heavy equipment mechanic for 14 years, Rob decided to step into the world of window treatments and has never looked back! He takes great pride in his ability to assist clients in discovering window coverings that are perfect for the homes in which they live! When he is not working he loves walleye fishing and bow hunting - he is an avid outdoorsman.

Rob believes in running a business with honor, integrity, grit, and phenomenal customer service. Rob is our very valued design consultant, and he would love the opportunity to work with you next!

Kristi Piper has been the owner of Budget Blinds of West Green Bay & Shawano with her husband, Rob, since 2020. Before owning the franchise, Kristi worked on the Budget Blinds team for 2 years! Kristi has a special skill for accounting, and manages our finances. In additon to this, she loves aiding clients in decorating their windows & homes with treatments from Budget Blinds.

Kristi is a long time dog lover and she truly values spending time with family. She is so glad that both she and Rob are able to work in a family oriented career. Her work ethic, integrity, and heart make her an invaluable owner of Budget Blinds of West Green Bay & Shawano. 

Taigan Piper, daughter of both Rob & Kristi, has been a part of the family business since 2020. After graduating with her degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay she had decided to join the family business full time. 

She loves connecting with customers and providing them with the best customer service she can. As a vital member of our office, she can help with everything from billing to consulting with products, to scheduling a consult & much much more! When Taigan is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, being outside, hunting & fishing, and spending time with her loved ones. 

Jacob Piper, son of both Rob & Kristi, has been installing for the family buisness since 2020. On his off time in the winter, Jacob joins the team and offers his expertise in installing window treatments. He is extremely handy, very quick thinking, and has a plethora of product knowledge. You can most certainly trust that Jacob will get the job done right!

When he is not working, Jacob loves spending time with both his wife and his two daughters. He also enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting! Jacob is another invaluable addition to our family buisness!

Jake Moore is the newest addition to our Budget Blinds of West Green Bay & Shawano family however, he has quickly become such an asset to the team as he continues to effortlessly install product in a professional and efficient manner. He is both a forward thinker and a hard worker and you can guarantee he will get the job done with excellence! 

Family is a very important factor in Jake's life. He is originally from Mississippi (as you will be able to tell from his accent) and he moved to Green Bay to be closer to his family! When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his children or doing odd jobs. He is most certainly a great addition to our team and we can't wait for you to work with him! 

Lauren Andrade joined our Budget Blinds family at the end of summer in 2024. When we opened up our new showroom location in Shawano, Lauren was ready and eager to jump in and help in any way she could. She takes everything given to her with a positive attitude and wants to do tasks efficiently and professionally. She is willing to help clients both in the showroom as well as on the phone to achieve their window covering desires. 

Lauren values family time more than anything. She enjoys spending summer days with her husband and two daughters, with a baby boy on the way! In her downtime, Lauren enjoys reading, concerts, and eating (but not cooking). We are excited for our clients to get the chance to work with her! 

At the beginning of fall 2024, Sara Wagner joined our family here at Budget Blinds! She works alongside Lauren to help our showroom location out in Shawano operate! She is a familiar, friendly face for clients who want to stop in and look at products or schedule a consultation. Sara has an extremely positive attitude and she is certainly willing to help in any way asked of her. 

Sara has lived in Shawano County her entire life, and is excited to share Budget Blinds with her community. When she is not at work, she is a homeschool mom for her two boys. She loves spending time with her friends and family, as well as being involved in worship ministry that allows her to travel. We are looking forward to our clients stopping in and getting to know Sara!
