    Tev started out as an installer in Sheridan in 2007 for the previous owner. He got the opportunity to open his own Franchise, Budget Blinds of Cody, Lander, & Rock Springs, in 2008. In 2022 he purchased Budget Blinds of Sheridan & Gillette from James and Julie. Tev and his wife Annie know what it takes to run Budget Blinds and promise to always have a local area manager to help you with your window covering needs.

    Ellis grew up in Lander WY. While in high school he helped his mom, Budget Blinds of Fremont County area manager, on installs. He moved to Arizona for school, and he started working as an installer for Budget Blinds of Northern Arizona. Looking for a change he moved to Cincinnati where he worked for Budget Blinds of Montgomery. After finding and marrying Anna Sensel, they were given the opportunity to come back to his home state as the area manager for Budget Blinds of Sheridan & Gillette. He looks forward to continuing his work with the Budget Blinds family while being closer to home.
