I contacted my local Budget Blinds dealer, Karen recently. I had my blinds installed in 2018 and one was recently damaged. Karen got back in touch with me very quickly and resolved my issue with no questions asked. I got my replacement blind within a short amount of time. Since all the hardware was the same, replacing it was a breeze. So happy I spent the extra money in the first place with my blinds!
