As soon as Lynne entered our home for our initial consultation, I knew I wanted her to manage our shutter selection and installation. She is enormously knowledgeable about her products and was not afraid to take the time to ensure that we had all options before us in accordance with our budget. We live in an older home with charm and detail in the molding. She was able to help us select shutters and trim that not only complemented the character of our home but improved and beautified our space. We could not be happier with the end result. After we saw them in place, it seemed to us that the shutters ought always to have been there. Installation was straight-forward and Eric's [installer] attention to detail impressed us very much. The roman shades are absolutely beautiful! They are everything I had hoped they would be. I showed them to my sister and neighbor and they think they are just wonderful. It almost looks like I have a little Parisian café in the corner of my living room. The installer, Eric, was just a little sweetie-pie. He worked very hard to deal with some issues presented by my apartment ceiling. I would recommend you to anybody who asks.
