David and Maria own Budget Blinds of Dubuque and their top priority is providing a 5-star customer experience.  We are easy to reach and respond quickly.   

When given the chance, David will jump on a wakeboard, go downhill skiing, or scuba dive!  Maria plays a few instruments and helps out with the church worship team and loves traveling. They both try to keep up with their four children.

He loves the design element of discussing options with you and will easily help narrow down your choices.  He uses his knowledge of all the options and has an amazing eye for color to find the right option that will fit your style, design, and budget.

Brad loves his wife Shelly, his bulldog Zeke, and is an avid bowler and camper.

Joseph has a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping customers find the perfect window treatments to match their style and needs. He enjoys guiding clients through options that blend function and aesthetics, making the process easy and enjoyable.

Outside of work, he spends his time tending to his saltwater aquarium, playing board games, and perfecting his grilling techniques. He and his wife, Ellada, enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and keeping life interesting with plenty of laughter and adventures.

Theresa is simply amazing and does a fantastic job managing a complex set of tasks! She is the first person you talk to, and is dedicated to making your experience from inspiration to installation easy. You will communicate with her to schedule appointments for design consultations and installations, and she will be with you through the process to help answer all your questions.

Theresa enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, Jerry, Archie and Macho.

My favorite part about the job is getting to see all the unique houses and seeing our customers happy with the final product. I've got good attention to detail and like to have a plan and order for the installations. Outside of work, I like sports and hanging out with friends.

Hi, my name is Violet, and I've been working around the family business for about 4 years now and have been installing for about a year. I love talking to new people and helping their homes look refreshed with new shades! I am attentive to details and quick at what I do. I never want any surprises for our customers, and I can’t wait to see new shades in your home!

Calvin LaMarche is David and Maria’s 17-year-old son. He helps with installations during the summers and when he can throughout the school year. He is attentive and cheerful, paying attention to details. He enjoys making customers happy! He also loves to meet your pets. 

Calvin likes football and learning about cars in his free time.

I pay good attention to my work and like to learn about all the different kinds of shades. Outside of work I hang with family and friends and enjoy watching/playing sports

Gina handles a variety of service and repair needs. She is diligent and works hard to make sure you have an excellent experience with us.

We love our dogs around here.  Coco is Dave and Maria's 3-yr old Saint Bernard and brings lots of smiles to the family.  She is the smallest of a huge litter born to a reputable breeder in Dyersville, IA.
