A few weeks ago I had Tyler Steckler with Budget Blinds come give me and my wife an estimate on blinds for our house. He showed up on time and not only provided an estimate, but spent an hour with my wife talking about styles and colors.He did this without any promise of a purchase. After deciding on styles and colors,Tyler took precise measurements of the windows and ordered the products. They arrived when Tyler said they would and he promptly set up a time to install them. He did a great job and he did everything he said he would. I was so pleased with his work that when the company I work for built a new office building, I gave them Tyler’s name and number. He quoted the exact same items that another window treatment company quoted and Tyler not only matched there price, but said he could get it done faster,and he did. I have a problem with the lack of customer service provided by businesses today, but I can tell you Tyler Steckler and Budget Blinds understand and practice the true meaning of customer service. Transformed! The plantation shutters that Tyler installed this week are outstanding.We have a large arched window in our bedroom that was draped and dated. We knew that was wrong. Tyler suggested a custom fit plantation shutter that would cover the entire window including the curvature. I was concerned we might obstruct our beautiful wooded view, but the shutters have only enhanced it. Sleek, classic simplicity is what we achieved. The shutter color was right on too. We went with a creamy color that is in keeping with the monochromatic tones of the room. We are so pleased with the result. Tyler was "spot on" with every suggestion he made. Installation was under two hours for both the oversized bedroom window and the bathroom spa window. It has changed the entire feel of those rooms. Beautiful!
